Second Chance
This product deserves a second chance or is available for the last time
On this page, you'll find products that we offer at a reduced price. These may be Second Chance products or Last Chance products that will soon be permanently discontinued from our range.
What does this mean exactly?
- - Second Chance: These are original, fully functional products that we can no longer sell as brand new. For example, because the original packaging is damaged, the product has been (partially) assembled, or a component has been replaced with a suitable alternative.
- - Last Chance: These are products that are being discontinued and will no longer be available once sold out. They are new and fully functional but are making way for other products.
The exact reason for the price reduction is stated with each product. If the packaging is significantly damaged, we also include a photo so you can see exactly what you'll receive before placing your order.
Good to know: Whether you choose a Second Chance or Last Chance product, you'll benefit from a lower price. This way, we give perfectly good products another opportunity or offer you one last chance to purchase your favourite product at a great price.
Please note: For Second Chance products, any damage, differences or special characteristics are clearly stated in advance. These previously disclosed characteristics do not, in themselves, constitute grounds for a complaint. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable.
For Last Chance products, once they're gone, they're gone! When stocks run out, these products will not return to our range.
