Schleich Dinosaur Carnotaurus 14586

The Carnotaurus was a carnivorous predatory dinosaur from the early Cretaceous period. The animal lived about 70 million years ago. The only specimen ever found was excavated in Argentina. The Carnotaurus reached a length of about 9 meters and is believed to have weighed between 1.5 and 2 tons. Its jaws were rounder than those of its relatives and its teeth resembled curved knives. It was undoubtedly one of the most dangerous predators of its time.
