This product has been extensively tested for safety and complications. According to the BS EN71-1/2/3 standard and is safe for children of any age. The materials used are suitable for the microwave.

• Put the soft toy in the microwave for 1.5 minutes (assuming 800 watts) and it will stay wonderfully warm. If you do not have a microwave, the soft toy can also be heated in the oven. Preheat the oven to 100°C and place the soft toy on a heat-resistant plate. 
• Check the temperature before use on a sensitive part of the body (e.g. in the hollow of the arm).
• Due to the use of natural ingredients and the quality of the fabric, the soft toy may be a little damp the first few times. This should disappear after two or three times.
• The comforter stays pleasantly warm for about up to an hour, in bed this can be longer than an hour.
• For products with a removable heating padding, the empty fabric cover can be washed separately by hand at up to 30°C.
• The cuddly toy can be heated many times and, if used according to the manufacturer's instructions, will give you a lot of pleasure.
