This product has been extensively tested for safety and complications. According to the BS EN71-1/2/3 standard and is safe for children of any age. The materials used are microwave safe.

Put the hot pack in the microwave for 1.5 minutes (assuming 800 watts) and it will stay wonderfully warm. If you do not have a microwave, the soft toy can also be heated in the oven. Preheat the oven to 100°C and place the hot pack on a heat-resistant plate.
Check the temperature before use on a sensitive part of the body (e.g. in the hollow of the arm).
Due to the use of natural ingredients and the quality of the fabric, the hot pack may be a little damp the first few times. This should disappear after two or three times.
The comforter stays pleasantly warm for about up to an hour, in bed this can be longer than an hour.
For products with a removable heating padding, the empty fabric cover can be washed separately by hand at up to 30°C.
The hot pack can be warmed many times and, if used according to the manufacturer's instructions, you will enjoy it for a long time.
