This product has been extensively tested for safety and complications. According to the BS EN71-1/2/3 standard and is safe for children of any age. The materials used are microwave safe.

• Put the neck warmer in the microwave for 1.5 minutes (assuming 800 watts) and it will stay wonderfully warm. If you do not own a microwave, the neck warmer can also be heated in the oven. Preheat the oven to 100°C and place the neck warmer on a heat-resistant plate. 
• Check the temperature before use on a sensitive part of the body (e.g. in the hollow of the arm).
• Due to the use of natural ingredients and the quality of the fabric, the neck warmer may be a little damp the first few times. This should disappear after two or three times.
• The neck warmer stays pleasantly warm for about up to an hour, in bed this can be longer than an hour.
• For products with a removable heat padding, the empty fabric cover can be washed separately by hand at up to 30°C.
• The neck warmer can be heated many times and if used according to the manufacturer's instructions, you will enjoy it for a long time.
